Appearance: Slim, with light brown hair and lightly tanned skin. Pale blue eyes. Rather pretty.
Personality: Marlene is quite clever, with a fun-loving side. She can be a bit reckless at times, simply because she doesn't understand what she is doing is wrong. She tends to be a very direct and blunt person, but doesn't mean to ever be cruel. She is rather opinionated, and quick to express her anger if she sees anone acting in a way she thinks is wrong. She's easily excitable, as well as very easily embarrassed, and can often be seen blushing profusely. Marly is a typical teenage girl in the sense that much of her time is spent thinking of boys. There is, however, one boy she likes more than others.
History: Marlene grew up happily in Chipping Norton with loving parents, a witch and wizard, and is a pure blood tracing back several generations. She has a younger brother and older sister, who she gets along well with. Usually. Unfortunately, her brother Matt is getting more annoying as he gets older, so she has begun to find him very irritating. Melinda, her sister, is very caring, and always tries to help her out. Melinda is two years older than Marly. During her first year of Hogwarts she became close friends with her roommates Greta Catchlove and Emily Oldstock, and remains so today.
